金相熱鑲嵌料簡介
浙江科(ke)標品(pin)牌金相熱鑲嵌(qian)料適用(yong)于對溫度(du)和(he)壓(ya)力不(bu)敏感材料的鑲嵌(qian)。在(zai)適當的溫度(du)和(he)壓(ya)力下(xia)固化充分,不(bu)易出現鑲嵌(qian)缺陷,邊緣保持好,很適合標準樣(yang)塊持續(xu)的批量制備。
金相熱鑲嵌料主要特點:
◆固(gu)定(ding)或者(zhe)包埋(mai)對溫度(du)不敏感的樣品(pin)材料。
◆多(duo)種(zhong)材料特(te)性選擇。
◆常用型,導(dao)電型,保(bao)邊型,透明型,可溶(rong)解型。
◆當制備要求有高品質、統一的(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)和形狀,以及縮(suo)短進程時間,熱鑲嵌(qian)是理(li)想方(fang)案。
熱鑲嵌料參(can)數(shu):
使用方(fang)法:
1.在(zai)熱(re)鑲嵌前,應對(dui)樣(yang)品清(qing)洗(xi),以除去(qu)樣(yang)品表面的臟物和油污
2.對于鑲嵌料KHM1,KHM2,KHM3,KHM4
鑲(xiang)嵌壓力:20±5MPa
鑲嵌溫度(du):140±5℃;
鑲(xiang)嵌時間:10-15分(fen)鐘,
冷卻時間(jian):5分鐘,適宜時間為樣品在鑲嵌壓力下(xia)*冷(leng)卻的時間
3.對于熱(re)鑲嵌料KHM5、KHM6
鑲嵌(qian)壓力:15±5MPa
鑲嵌(qian)溫度:160±5℃
鑲嵌時間:20分(fen)鐘(zhong)(如樣品中間有不分(fen)不透明(ming),不影(ying)響使(shi)用)
冷(leng)卻時(shi)間(jian):15分(fen)鐘, 適宜(yi)時(shi)間(jian)為樣品在(zai)鑲嵌(qian)壓力下*冷(leng)卻的(de)時(shi)間(jian)
導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)型熱(re)鑲嵌料(liao)KHM2,這(zhe)種(zhong)含石(shi)墨填料(liao)的(de)聚合物具有優良(liang)的(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing),這(zhe)種(zhong)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)是為(wei)了便(bian)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解拋光或者在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鏡下觀察(cha),主要適(shi)用于需要高度(du)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)領域(例如:用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鏡掃描(miao)),能(neng)確保樣品在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鏡掃描(miao)測試過程中幾乎(hu)沒有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓損耗(低(di)于0.5%)。
